At this point in the year, it's really important that your child is getting enough rest and good nutrition and just generally feeling well, as their emotions can have a great impact on how they feel in a test. If they feel good, they are more likely to remember the things they know. We all know how much stress can affect our memories and no test is worth a child feeling stressed. But simple things like keeping an eye on bedtimes and eating healthily all play key parts in keeping our children feeling good.
