How is your child's long division?

The "formal written method" of long division is very different from how you and I learnt it at school!​
At first glance it seems long winded and over complicated but it is actually a very good system once your child understands it. Read my blog "Why is long division so hard?"

Take a look at my short course here where I break down the method into 5 easy manageable steps. Long division is one of the skills I most commonly come across as an issue but it is easily rectified and a great way to bag a lot of marks! There are always a few long division questions in the SATs.
